摘要:
以黄芩苷含量为考察指标，用高效液相色谱法测定其含量，通过黄芩上柱液的澄清处理方法，比较3种大孔吸附树脂对黄芩苷的吸附量和脱附率。结果表明，3种树脂对黄芩苷的吸附能力大小为AB-8树脂>LSA-40树脂>D101树脂；选用50%乙醇溶液作为洗脱剂效果最好；AB-8树脂纯化黄芩苷效果最好，黄芩苷纯度约90%。
