摘要:
为了探索植物内生菌分离时表面消毒条件的一般规律,分别用不同消毒剂对水花生的茎处理不同时间,并以最佳组合对植物材料进行消毒处理,放置于分离培养基平板中,在适温下培养不同时间,观察各个处理对植物内生菌数量的影响。结果表明,用5%NaClO浸泡4 min、0.1% HgCl2浸泡0.5 min或先用75%乙醇浸泡0.5 min 再用01% HgCl2浸泡0.5 min,分离内生菌的效果均较好;0.1% HgCl2浸泡0.5 min后置于分离培养基平板上培养2 d,内生菌数量极显著增加。
