摘要:
利用PCR-RFLP技术,检测101头长白猪NCOA-1基因多态性,并分析其与繁殖性状的关系。结果表明,NCOA-1基因AA、AB、BB基因型频率分别为0.500、0.335、0.165;NCOA-1基因中BB型在窝产仔数和窝产仔活数、初生窝重和断奶窝重与AA型、AB型有显著性差异(P<0.05)。
