摘要:
为了了解猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒在河南地区猪体内的进化情况,笔者采集了河南新乡地区出现的疑似猪繁殖与呼吸综合征的流产猪胎,并进行了病毒的分离鉴定,同时对分离病毒株的NSP2基因部分序列进行遗传进化分析。结果共分离并鉴定出1株美洲型猪繁殖与呼吸病毒XINX,且NSP2基因部分序列的分析显示,该毒株与以往的分离毒株不同,其NSP2基因存在393 bp的不连续缺失,同国内之前报道的经典毒株和高致病性毒株间均存在较大差异,目前在国内尚数首次出现。研究结果为进一步研究猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒的分子进化提供了重要信息。
