摘要:
采用酸性品红染色法对江苏句容不同生长地的宝华玉兰(Magnolia zenii)根系染色压片,观察其菌根显微结构及菌根侵染情况,结果表明,宝华玉兰菌根结构复杂,根外被密集的菌丝包被形成菌丝鞘,无根毛,既具有AM类菌根特有的典型结构,也有穿梭于细胞间的有隔菌丝和束状菌丝结构;野生植株菌根侵染率较高,不同生长地域的菌根侵染指标差异显著,侵染率排名为自然林>纯林>混合林。
