摘要:
简要介绍了远缘嫁接的类型、方法和操作技术要点,分析了影响远缘嫁接不亲和性的几种因素,探讨了嫁接引起遗传性变异的现象和3种可能机理,并指出了远缘嫁接研究中存在的问题和应用前景。
