摘要:
基于农户行为理论和农技扩散规律进行分析,可知农技入户难的原因有3个,即农业比较效益低、规模经营超小及我国农民组织化程度过低。解决科技入户难的对策为:培育高素质专业农民,减少兼业户比例;促进土地流转,扩大农户经营规模;大力发展农民合作组织,提升农民组织化程度。
