摘要:
以海南临高和皇桐2地采集的3个品种(系)健康和已感染枯萎病的香蕉植株为样品,采用组织匀浆法进行内生放线菌的分离,共获得内生放线菌142株,并以尖孢镰刀菌4号生理小种为靶标菌株,通过平板对峙试验,筛选出6株抗性菌株,其中分离得到的NJQG-3A1菌株对尖孢镰刀菌菌丝生长抑制作用最强,抑制率可达83.21%。对菌株NJQG-3A1进行形态与生理生化特征、16S rRNA基因序列测定及系统发育树比对分析,结果表明,菌株NJQG-3A1为Streptomyces phaeoluteichromatogennes,其发酵液对温室盆栽香蕉枯萎病的相对防效可达82.46%,具有良好的开发应用前景。
