小麦白粉病是由小麦白粉菌(Blumeria graminis f. sp. Tritici,Bgt)侵染引起的小麦(Triticum aestivum L.)生产上的主要病害之一,克隆小麦抗白粉病相关基因并研究其生物学功能具有重要的应用价值和现实意义。以白粉菌Bgt 侵染诱导的携带小麦抗白粉病基因Pm21(广谱抗白粉病基因)“92R137/扬麦1587”为材料,利用SMART(switching mechanism
