摘要:
在低温胁迫条件下,分析克恩氏冬青细胞内的超微结构和Ca2+分布与抗寒性的关系。结果表明:随着低温胁迫的增强,细胞内细胞器受损程度也增强,到-16 ℃时,细胞膜系统出现了严重的损伤,同时细胞内Ca2+沉淀量随温度的降低而增加。
