摘要:
为了得到多糖收率较高的冬虫夏草菌株,从西藏那曲地五高山草甸中采集的新鲜冬虫夏草子实体初步分离得到50株菌株,并对其进行形态观察和18S rDNA-ITS序列分析鉴定,采用超声辅助热水浸提法进行冬虫夏草多糖的提取。结果表明,CC-3菌株Cladosporium sp.的模式菌株JN084020的18S rDNA-ITS同源相似性为100%,初步确定为冬虫夏草的无性型,经过超声辅助热水浸提后多糖收率最高为6.619%。
