摘要:
在黄瓜3叶1心时期,叶片喷施1.0、2.0、3.0、4.0 mmol/L水杨酸(SA)溶液,进行10 ℃/6 ℃低温处理,研究外源水杨酸对黄瓜幼苗抗冷性的影响。结果表明:低温胁迫导致黄瓜幼苗丙二醛含量逐渐增加,但适宜浓度SA处理能显著降低膜脂过氧化程度,维持膜的稳定性,提高黄瓜幼苗的抗冷性,其中以2.0 mmol/L SA处理效果最佳;在低温胁迫下,对照幼苗叶绿素含量降解较快,受低温影响严重,渗透调节能力降低,可溶性糖含量增幅较小也影响其渗透调节能力。喷施2.0 mmol/L SA溶液可缓解低温胁迫对幼苗的伤害,提高黄瓜幼苗的抗冷能力,延缓叶绿素降解。
