摘要:
为探讨白芨[B.striata(Thunb.)Teichb.f.]种子无菌萌发适宜条件,采用1/2 MS、MS添加不同激素、生物添加剂,以及光暗处理进行白芨种子萌发试验。结果表明:1/2 MS+1.0 mg/L NAA+1.6 mg/L 6-BA有利于种子萌发;1/2 MS+30 g/L蔗糖+20%椰汁有利于诱导原球茎;暗培养降低白芨种子萌发率,白芨种子萌发后,其幼苗在光照条件下生长缓慢。
