摘要:
为了揭示雷公山山区放牧山羊乙酰辅酶A羧化酶1(ACC1)mRNA表达的组织分布规律,使用TaqMan实时荧光定量技术对黔东南小香羊、贵州白山羊、贵州黑山羊、黔北麻羊和南江黄羊的肝、肾、心、肺、背最长肌、半膜肌以及皮下脂肪组织中ACC1基因的mRNA表达水平进行测定。结果表明,黔东南小香羊、黔北麻羊、南江黄羊ACC1 mRNA均主要在皮下脂肪中表达,其水平分别为3 919.545 6、900.556 8、1 550.559 2;贵州黑山羊ACC1 mRNA主要在肝脏内表达,其水平为2 367.425 8;贵州白山羊ACC1 mRNA主要在肌肉组织和肝脏中表达,其水平分别为背最长肌420.110 9,心351.436 1,半膜肌268.031 1,肝200.414 1。在皮下脂肪和肝脏,贵州白山羊ACC1 mRNA的表达水平都明显低于其他品种。由此可见,雷公山山区放牧山羊ACC1 mRNA主要在皮下脂肪和肝脏中表达。
