摘要:
亲和基因能够突破水稻籼粳亚种间杂交结实率低的障碍,新的籼粳交雌不育基因鉴定与定位将有助于进一步解决亚种间杂交不育问题。将324份籼稻育种材料与典型粳稻日本晴杂交,从中筛选出1份材料9311K,与日本晴的杂交种F1的结实率为71.23%。经测序9311k的S5位点为籼型S5i。随后构建9311k/9311//日本晴三交群体对亲和基因进行定位,将该基因定位于第7染色体RM18-RM1335 区间内,为一个新的雌不育位点,命名为S36(t)。
