摘要:
家蚕酪氨酸羟化酶(BmTH)是一种以酪氨酸为底物、铁离子和四氢生物喋呤为辅因子,可催化氧化酪氨酸形成多巴的芳香族氨基酸羟化酶,目前检测分析酪氨酸羟化酶活性的方法耗时、繁琐且工作量大。建立了分光光度计检测法快速测定家蚕酪氨酸羟化酶活性的新方法,采用高碘酸钠氧化反应产物L-多巴生成多巴色素发色团,其在475 nm处有最高吸收峰。该方法快速准确,可用于酪氨酸羟化酶活性的测定。
