摘要:
以丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸、双丙酮丙烯酰胺和磷尾矿粉为原料,以N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,2-酮戊二酸为引发剂,采用光引发聚合方法制备出含磷温敏智能保水剂,考察交联剂用量、含磷量对温敏保水剂溶胀率的影响以及保水剂的释磷性能。结果表明,在一定的温度范围内,保水剂的溶胀率随温度升高而减小,表现出显著的温敏性。此外,保水剂还可以累积释放磷元素。该含磷温敏智能保水剂不仅具有良好的温敏可逆吸水性能,同时还具赋磷功能,在帮助植物生长的同时,还可以带动中低品位磷矿的开发和应用。
