摘要:
改革开放以来,快速、粗放式的经济增长消耗掉了大量的土地、水、能源等资源,在带来资源供应压力的同时,对生态环境造成了巨大破坏,在这种情况下,须要转变发展方式,走生态友好型的发展道路。农业是国民经济的基础,在转变发展方式的过程中应发挥重要作用,因此2014年中央一号文件提出了“生态友好型农业”的概念,明确了生态友好型农业的内涵,分析了发展生态友好型农业的必要性,介绍了国际上的一些典型案例,并提出了我国发展生态友好型农业的对策,以期能为实现现代农业与生态环境的协调发展提供决策参考。
