摘要:
以阿勒泰羊为研究对象,对脂肪酸合成酶(FAS)基因、脂蛋白酯酶(LPL)部分编码区的cDNA进行克隆、测序,与GenBank中已收录的其他11种动物的FAS、LPL基因序列进行同源性分析,并构建分子进化树。结果显示,所克隆的FAS、LPL基因与绵羊的基因序列同源性最高,分别为99.61%、100.00%;FAS基因与虎鲸同源性最低,为46.24%;LPL基因与罗非鱼的序列同源性最低,为56.28%。结果均正确地反映了物种间的进化关系,序列分析结果为人们进一步对阿勒泰羊脂肪的相关研究、肉质性状的研究及育种提供了理论基础,同时也为阿勒泰羊FAS、LPL基因的生物学功能、遗传进化研究提供了分子依据。
