摘要:
对多胎羊而言,泌乳量对其羔羊的存活和发育非常重要。以新疆引进的湖羊为研究对象,试验随机选取产羔后的母羊41只,产后6 d开始,每7 d通过人工挤奶的方式挤奶1次,抽样测定泌乳量。55 d泌乳期内共进行8次泌乳量抽样测定,采集测定产后6、27、55 d奶样并进行分析。结果表明:试验群体中,55 d日均泌乳量为(0.558±005) kg,大多数湖羊日均泌乳量在0.4~0.6 kg之间,群体泌乳量前期上升较快,随后缓慢上升,在产后25 d左右泌乳量达到最高值,随后缓慢下降。乳成分前期变化较为明显,其中随着泌乳时间的延长,乳糖和总固体含量呈上升趋势;乳脂前期缓慢上升,达到峰值后缓慢下降;蛋白含量在后期缓慢升高。大部分产2、3只羊羔的湖羊泌乳期内乳成分明显比产1只羊羔湖羊高。以上结果为湖羊种质特性的研究和选育、饲养管理和早期断奶提供基础数据。
