摘要:
介绍了一种适用于光伏提水灌溉系统的两级式逆变供电装置;针对传统boost-VSI电路升压系数低、占空比极大的缺点,介绍了一种电流反馈开关升压电路,其升压比例大,同时不要求极端的占空比操作,具有良好的抗电磁干扰(EMI)特性,与逆变器连接输出交流电压,电流稳定,功率转化率高,大大提高了提水灌溉能力。经仿真和样机试验证实该改进方案可靠稳定。
