摘要:
利用正交试验研究不同基本培养基,不同浓度6-BA、NAA、IBN、ZT等5个因子对速生高抗雄性杨树增殖及壮苗和生根的影响,结果表明:5个因素对于杨树侧芽增殖的影响由强到弱依次为:基本培养基>6-BA浓度>IBN浓度>ZT浓度>NAA浓度。5个因素对于杨树生根的影响由强到弱依次为:基本培养基>6-BA浓度>ZT浓度>NAA浓度>IBN浓度。最适宜杨树增殖的培养基为:1/2MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 1.0 mg/L+IBN 0.5 mg/L+ZT 0.15 mg/L,最适宜杨树壮苗与生根的培养基为:WPM+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 1.5 mg/L+IBN 1.0 mg/L+ZT 0.05 mg/L。
