摘要:
炭疽病是大薯生产上最严重的病害,迫切需要可靠的方法来筛选抗病种质。采用薯蓣上分离到的2份炭疽病菌株SY01、DJ01的分生孢子对大薯Da87、Da115的组培苗进行接种,通过对病情指数的比较分析最佳的接种方法。结果表明:大薯Da87、Da115对炭疽菌的抗性差异极显著,菌株SY01、DJ01之间致病力差异极显著;在筛选的接种方法中,最佳的为使用3×106个/mL孢子浓度的涂抹法。
