摘要:
课题组前期试验表明,0.08%水蛭素能够显著提高冻后猪精液质量。为研究其作用机理,用含不同浓度(0、0.04%、0.08%、0.12%)水蛭素的稀释液稀释美系长白公猪精液,分别检测平衡后及冻融后精液中超氧化物歧化酶的活性和mRNA表达量的变化。结果表明:(1)不含水蛭素的冷冻稀释液显著降低新鲜猪精液超氧化物歧化酶活性(P<0.05),而含有0.08%水蛭素的冷冻稀释液处理的猪精液超氧化物歧化酶活性分别在平衡组与冷冻组最高 (P>0.05);(2)含有0.08%水蛭素的猪精液平衡及冻融后的超氧化物歧化酶mRNA表达量最高,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。总之,添加0.08%水蛭素对冷冻前后猪精液超氧化物歧化酶活性及mRNA表达无显著影响。
