摘要:
采用组织分离法从山木通病叶上分离叶斑病病原菌并鉴定,结果表明山木通叶斑病的病原真菌为镰刀菌(Fusarium sp.)、尖镰孢菌(Fusarium oxysporum )、链格孢(Alternaria sp.),根据柯氏法则此3种真菌均为叶斑病的致病菌,混合致病性最高可达100%。通过室内平板的对峙培养,初步筛选出对叶斑病有拮抗作用的菌株,其中,对镰刀菌有较强拮抗性的细菌有6株,对尖镰孢菌有拮抗性的细菌有8株,对链格孢菌As1、As2这2株真菌分别有11、7株细菌对其有较强拮抗作用,具有一定的生防潜力,有进一步研究的价值。
