摘要:
比较犬肥胖症不同造模方法，为犬肥胖症发病机理及新药开发研究提供依据，将20只雌性成年中华田园犬，随机平分为高脂饲粮组(HF组)、双侧卵巢摘除组(OV组)、谷氨酸钠注射组(SG组)、基础日粮对照组(C组)，试验结束后测定相关肥胖指标。结果表明，HF组、OV组、SG组犬的皮下脂肪厚度明显增加，显著高于试验前和C组；体质量和Lee’s指数增加显著，与试验前和C组差异显著，平均体质量增长幅度均大于40%；3组犬的血脂代谢指标变化较大，与试验前和C组差异显著，表现为甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)含量升高，高密度脂蛋白(HDL)浓度降低；血清瘦素浓度大幅升高，与试验前和C组有差异。表明3种方法均出现了肥胖症状和脂肪代谢紊乱变化，造模成功。
