摘要:
通过室内模拟试验对土壤进行四氯化碳与四氯乙烯复合染毒,采用直接吸收法(密闭静置培养测二氧化碳法)研究四氯化碳与四氯乙烯复合污染对土壤呼吸率的影响。结果表明,四氯化碳对土壤呼吸作用的影响随时间呈先抑制、后恢复的过程,且四氯化碳体积分数越高,抑制作用越强;四氯化碳与四氯乙烯复合污染增强了对土壤呼吸作用的抑制,四氯乙烯高体积分数组(0.40~1.60 mg/kg)与四氯化碳各质量分数复合处理的抑制作用均强于对照;四氯化碳与四氯乙烯的交互作用对土壤呼吸的影响主要表现为协同作用。
