摘要:
为了研究建立分析测定恩诺沙星的新方法,以铽-恩诺沙星配合物的荧光特性为基础,发现在pH值为6.0的HAc-NaAc缓冲溶液中,铽与恩诺沙星的配合物在545 nm(λex=328 nm)处产生了Tb3+的特征荧光峰,可用于恩诺沙星的分析测定,从而建立了简单、快速、灵敏测定恩诺沙星的荧光方法,并优选了反应的最佳条件。在最佳试验条件下,恩诺沙星浓度在1.0×10-8~1.0×10-6g/mL范围内与其545 n
