摘要:
研究了不同光照条件对花生网斑病菌(Phoma arachidicola Marasas,Pauer & Boerema)生长、产孢及致病力的影响。结果表明,在燕麦培养基上培养14 d时,病原菌在近紫光、全光照条件下的菌落直径(分别为6.2 cm和 6.3 cm),显著高于黑暗、光暗交替(12 h-12 h)条件下的菌落直径(分别为3.9 cm和4.3 cm)。在黑暗或光暗交替(12 h-12 h)条件下培养22 d时,花生网斑病菌在燕麦、玉米琼脂或花生叶煎汁培养基上均未产生分生孢子,但在近紫光下,除玉米琼脂培养基外,在燕麦培养基和花生叶煎汁培养基上均产生大量的分生孢子,浓度分别为3.1×106个/mL 和7.0×105个/mL。在近紫光下,花生离体叶片于接种病原菌孢子悬浮液后7 d开始发病,但在黑暗、光暗交替条件下未发病。因此,近紫光有利于花生网斑病菌菌丝生长、产孢及致病。
