摘要:
现代食品供应链过长导致了生态环境破坏、食品安全以及利润分配不均等多方面问题。食品短链模式是缩短食品供应链环节，最少化生产者和消费者之间中间商数量的食品供应体系。通过对南京市农户实地调研，基于选择实验法分析了农户参与食品短链模式的意愿及其影响因素。研究结果表明，中间商数量、农产品销售价格和农户人际关系3个属性都能显著影响农户加入食品短链模式的决策。在食品短链模式的属性中，农户更加偏好中间数量的属性，即食品短链模式中间商数量的减少对于农户参与决策影响程度最大。
