摘要:

利用子实体形态特征和rDNA-ITS测序分析相结合的方法，对采自内蒙古赤峰市赛罕乌拉自然保护区的1份色钉菇［Chroogomphus rutilus (Schaeff.) O.K. Mill］进行了鉴定，对其rDNA-ITS区段进行扩增，片段约为730 bp，并对其外形特征及显微特征进行了详细描述。
