摘要:
探讨几种花卉植物光合色素及根系活力的昼夜变化规律及其之间的关系,对3种常见花卉植物绿萝、金盏菊、碰碰香的光合色素含量(叶绿素a、叶绿素b、类胡萝卜素、总叶绿素含量)、叶绿素a/叶绿素b值及根系活力昼夜变化进行了24 h连续测定,分析变化规律及其之间的相关性。结果表明:绿萝、金盏菊、碰碰香这3种花卉植物光合色素含量昼夜波动不大,但不同植物光合色素含量差别较大,日均光合色素含量均表现为绿萝>金盏菊>碰碰香;叶绿素a/叶绿素b日均值表现为金盏菊>碰碰香>绿萝,表明金盏菊比较喜光照,绿萝较耐阴;根系活力结果与叶绿素a/叶绿素b值表现一致,也表现为金盏菊>碰碰香>绿萝。相关性分析表明:绿萝、金盏菊、碰碰香这3种植物根系活力与光合色素指标相关性较弱。
