摘要:
采用田间原位培养法研究不同翻压量的冬牧70黑麦秸秆对烟田土壤氮素矿化及无机氮释放规律的影响。结果表明,翻压后冬牧70黑麦的有机氮矿化释放出铵态氮和硝态氮,并呈阶段性动态变化;翻压冬牧70黑麦的氮净矿化量均高于未翻压的处理,其中最大翻压量为60 000 kg/hm2,该处理与未翻压处理差异极显著;翻压12周后,无机氮释放减缓,氮素矿化趋于平稳;土壤水分与氮素矿化速率呈显著负相关,氮素矿化速率与培养前土壤初始矿质氮呈极显著负相关;硝化速率与土壤硝态氮、有机质含量均呈极显著负相关。
