摘要:
西花蓟马对甘蓝、莴苣、芹菜、大蒜的喜好性不同,偏好甘蓝、莴苣,忌避芹菜、大蒜。利用气相色谱/质谱联用仪对4种机械损伤寄主的挥发物成分进行鉴定和分析。结果表明,4种寄主在挥发物种类和成分上都存在巨大差异,甘蓝上共鉴别出12种化合物,其中异硫氰酸烯丙酯含量最高,为57.376%;莴苣上鉴别出13种化合物,2-甲基丁醇、角鲨烯含量最高,分别为18.993%、18.617%;芹菜上鉴别出8种化合物,月桂烯含量最高,为52.737%;大蒜上鉴别出19种化合物,大蒜素含量最高,为34.863%。4种寄主挥发物成分在种类及含量上的差异可能引起西花蓟马对其产生不同的偏好性。
