摘要:
研究了在种群试验条件下,睾丸酮和孕酮对萼花臂尾轮虫生殖参数(受精率、混交雌体比率、休眠卵/雌体百分率)的影响。结果显示,睾丸酮的48 h-EC50、NOEC、LOEC分别为511.0、0.1、1.0 μg/L。睾丸酮为10 μg/L时,可显著诱导萼花臂尾轮虫混交雌体和休眠卵的产生;100、1 000 μg/L时,添加睾丸酮能使萼花臂尾轮虫的休眠卵孵化率分别显著提高83.67%、85.71%;100 μg/L时,可使轮虫交配率提高87.5%。孕酮的48 h-EC50为4.3 mg/L,2.0 mg/L 的孕酮可使萼花臂尾轮虫的种群增长率提高20.89%;2.5 mg/L时最适宜促进混交雌体和休眠卵的产生;2.5、3.0 mg/L时可使萼花臂尾轮虫的孵化率分别提高51.98%、1.47倍;3.0、3.5 mg/L时可显著提高轮虫受精率。
