摘要:
以白鹤芋花序为外植体，研究影响白鹤芋花序体细胞胚胎诱导、增殖、萌发和植株再生转化的主要因子。结果表明，体细胞胚胎直接诱导的最适培养基为MS+ 5.0 mg/L 6-BA +1.0 mg/L KT + 0.1 mg/L NAA，体细胞胚胎增殖最适培养基为MS+5.0 mg/L 6-BA +0.3 mg/L ZT+0.2 mg/L NAA，体细胞胚胎萌发最适培养基为MS+0.1 mg/L IBA +0.4 mg/L GA3+30 g/L蔗糖，植株再生转化最佳激素配方为0.5 mg/L 6-BA +0.1 mg/L IBA +0.5 mg/L GA3。
