摘要:
为明确重庆市巫溪烟区烟草赤星病病原菌的种类，从重庆市巫溪县通城烟站不同田块采集烟草赤星病典型病斑，分离病原菌并进行鉴定。结果显示，分离到1株优势致病菌株Tb-wx-1，被证明是烟草赤星病病原菌，经对致病菌株的rDNA-ITS 区序列进行测序，确定为细极链格孢(Alternaria tenuissima)，这是首次在重庆烟区发现细极链格孢引起烟草赤星病。
