摘要:
以刺参-柄海鞘复合养殖系统为对象,分析传统养殖模式和刺参-柄海鞘养殖模式下的水体磷含量及表层沉积物中磷的赋存状态。结果表明:与传统的养殖模式相比,刺参-海鞘混养组在投饵和不投饵模式下水体和表层沉积物中各种磷形态含量均高于刺参套养组;表层沉积物中总磷含量为358.600~598.700 mg/kg,其中有机形态磷含量低于无机形态磷,无机磷中铁铝结合态磷约占20%,钙结合态磷约占80%。这说明刺参-柄海鞘复合养殖系统不会导致沉积物中磷的过量积累,系统受污染程度较小,为刺参的健康养殖提供了科学依据。
