摘要:
研究黄河三角洲退化滨海湿地沉积物中磷形态含量特征及温度、pH值、上覆水理化性质对湿地沉积物磷形态含量的影响。结果表明,退化滨海湿地沉积物中不同形态磷中铁结合磷(Fe-P)含量最大,达 971.7 mg/kg,闭蓄态磷(O-P)含量最小,为195.6 mg/kg。Fe-P、铝结合磷(Al-P)、钙结合磷(Ca-P)、O-P平均含量分别683.7、4010、331.6、288.0 mg/kg。当温度<20 ℃时,Fe-P含量随温度升高而增大,当温度>20 ℃时,Fe-P含量随温度升高而下降;Al-P含量随温度升高逐渐增大;O-P含量随温度的升高先下降后增大。Fe-P含量随着pH值的增大逐渐降低,pH值>9时,pH值对Fe-P含量的影响不大;Al-P、Ca-P含量均随pH值的升高先减小后增大。另外,有机质与O-P含量存在正相关关系(r=0.895),溶氧量与Al-P含量存在正相关关系(r=0940)。
