摘要:
以3种香青菜为试验材料,研究高温处理后香青菜幼苗的抗氧化酶活性、电解质渗透率、根系活力及渗透调节物、丙二醛、叶绿素含量的变化。结果表明,高温胁迫后,香青菜的各项生理指标变化趋势各不相同。通过综合评价得出几种香青菜耐热性能大小排序是黄种>黑种>青种。
