摘要:
将90羽40周龄海兰褐蛋鸡随机分为3组,每组30羽,每组设3个重复,每个重复10羽。采用饮水染毒方式对蛋鸡进行Cd暴露(50 mg/L)和酵母硒保护试验(饲料中添加3%酵母硒),试验周期为8周。结果表明:与对照组比较,Cd组血清E2、P4含量呈类似变化,分别自第2、4周显著下降(P<0.05);卵巢组织中SOD活性、GSH-Px活性、GSH含量均显著或极显著降低(P<0.05或P<0.01),MDA含量极显著升高(P<0.01);Cd组SOD活性下降了3245%(P<0.01),GSH-Px活性下降了26.26%(P<0.01),GSH含量下降了19.83%(P<0.01),MDA含量升高了37.03%(P<0.01);卵巢Cd含量极显著升高。超微结构观察发现Cd组卵巢颗粒细胞染色质边集、线粒体嵴断裂、空泡化、微绒毛断裂等损伤变化。与Cd组相比,Se保护组血清E2、P4含量自第6周显著升高,卵巢SOD活性、GSH含量均显著升高(P<0.05),MDA含量显著降低(P<0.05)。卵巢硒含量极显著升高,Cd含量差异不显著,卵巢微绒毛、线粒体、细胞核等损伤变化轻于Cd组。综上所述,Cd引起的氧化应激是Cd致蛋鸡卵巢损伤的重要原因,氧化应激引起的卵巢颗粒细胞凋亡可能是造成蛋鸡血清雌激素水平下降的原因之一。酵母硒通过缓解卵巢组织脂质过氧化损伤,减轻Cd对卵巢细胞微绒毛及线粒体的损伤,对蛋鸡Cd暴露引起的卵巢损伤具有一定缓解作用。
