摘要:
研究了1株产蓝色素的链霉菌D2013的发酵条件。在单因素试验(发酵温度、发酵时间、接种量、起始pH值、装液量等因素)的基础上,以正交试验优化发酵条件。结果表明,链霉菌D2013产蓝色素的最优发酵条件为:发酵时间8 d、发酵温度30 ℃、接种量8%、装液量100 mL/250 mL、起始pH值为7.6,在此条件下,蓝色素的产量可达 74.8 U/mL。
