益生菌对舍饲藏鸡生产性能和肠道微生物的影响-《江苏农业科学》

摘要:: 通过日粮中添加益生菌，研究益生菌对舍饲条件下藏鸡生产性能和肠道微生物的影响。试验选用360羽1日龄雄性藏鸡，随即分为3个处理组，每个处理组6个重复。3个处理组分别为对照组(不含抗生素的基础日粮)、抗生素组(基础日粮+金霉素50 mg/kg)、益生菌组(基础日粮+益生菌10⁹ CFU/kg)。结果显示，相比于对照组，益生菌处理组和抗生素处理组均能够显著提高舍饲藏鸡120日龄体质量和平均日增质量(P<0.05)，显著降低饲养期内藏鸡的死亡率(P<0.05)，并且显著降低60、120日龄藏鸡盲肠中大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌的数量(P<0.05)。益生菌能够提高藏鸡生产性能、降低死亡率，表现出与抗生素相似的促生长效果，这可能与其降低藏鸡肠道中病原菌数量有关。
