摘要:
建立了猪蹄(耳)表皮中脱氢松香酸的高效液相色谱分析方法。样品中的脱氢松香酸经乙腈提取离心后,采用高效液相色谱-荧光检测器进行检测。色谱柱:反相C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),流动相:2 mmol/L磷酸溶液-甲醇(体积比14 ∶86);流速:1 mL/min;激发波长225 nm,发射波长288 nm。结果表明:线性范围0.05~2 mg/L,检出限为0.05 μg/g,定量限为0.15 μg/g。在0.5~5 μg/g的添加范围内回收率为84.5%~98.9%。实际样品检测结果显示,部分生熟猪蹄(耳)制品检出脱氢松香酸,含量1.01~2.04 μg/g。本研究建立的分析方法方便、快捷,具有良好的灵敏度和准确性,可用于猪蹄(耳)表皮组织中脱氢松香酸的检测。
