摘要:
对于城市消费者来说,蔬菜购买可供选择的零售终端除了传统的农贸市场外,超市已成为可能的选择,并且生鲜电商企业也开始加入到争夺消费者的行列。问卷调查发现,大多数人还是选择在农贸市场购买蔬菜,选择农贸市场的消费者考虑的因素依次是新鲜程度、方便程度、价格、品种和质量,这是由蔬菜的商品特性和消费特性所决定的。当然这2种零售终端会在很长时间内共存,经营方应采取各种措施更好地吸引消费者。调查还发现,蔬菜电商的发展还存在很多障碍,依据消费者选择农贸市场的逻辑,线上到线下(online to offline,O2O)模式可能是解决这个问题的一条有效路径。
