摘要:
以9个无性系播种苗的幼茎为外植体,进行薄壳山核桃组织培养研究。结果表明,9个无性系都具有腋芽萌发能力,可通过组织培养再生植株,但是不同无性系在不定芽分化、生根能力上有很大差异;9号无性系的不定芽增殖能力相对较强,平均增殖系数达到5.6个/外植体,是无性系科瑞克的1.9倍;9号无性系的生根能力相对最好,生根率为41.7%;6-BA浓度为4.0 mg/L时,多数无性系不定芽增殖较好;6-BA浓度为1.0 mg/L时更适于不定芽的生长。
