摘要:
以单个供应商和零售商组成的生鲜农产品供应链为研究对象,依据供应商采取的保鲜温度对生鲜农产品新鲜度、保鲜成本对市场需求的影响,研究收益共享契约下供应商的最优保鲜温度设定问题。首先对比分散决策和集中决策2种情况,得出设计契约可以改进供应链效用;其次建立收益共享契约模型,以协调供应商的保鲜成本与效用的关系;最后求解出最优保鲜温度对应的契约参数取值,在保证生鲜农产品质量的同时实现供应链效用的改进。
