摘要:
以太湖不同深度底泥为研究对象,采用末端限制性片段长度多态性方法,分析底泥中聚磷菌的多样性。结果表明:32~35 cm底泥中聚磷菌多样性最高,物种丰度、Shannon-Weiner多样性指数分别为10、1.94。下层底泥(12~15、22~25、32~35 cm)中聚磷菌的群落结构趋于稳定,表层底泥(0~3、6~8 cm)受泥水界面影响,聚磷菌群落结构与下层底泥有明显差异。研究结果为了解湖泊底泥微生物的分布和聚磷菌多样性积累了有价值的资料。
