摘要:
采用制备的邻苯二甲酸二丁酯多克隆抗体建立可检测环境水体中痕量邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)的间接竞争酶联免疫(ELISA)分析方法,对各种参数进行优化后,在最优条件下本方法具有较高的灵敏度(检测限为 66.6 ng/mL)、较宽的检测范围(70~1 600 ng/mL)、较好的准确度(回收率82.8%~104.0%)。利用此高通量分析方法对镇江部分河流中水样、底泥进行分析,结果发现镇江市区几处河流,DBP普遍检出,水样中DBP浓度为76.5~140.4 ng/mL,底泥中DBP浓度可达114.6~248.7 ng/g。
