摘要:
为了对辽宁省近年发生的新病害——榛子叶斑病病原菌的生物学特性进行系统测定。采用已经鉴定并报道的榛子叶斑病致病菌榛叶点霉(Phyllosticta coryli)菌株分别置于设定条件下,采用十字交叉法测量菌落直径,分别测定该病原菌菌丝及分生孢子的生物学特性,对该病害的症状及病原菌形态进行描述,并对病菌的生物学特性进行系统测定。病菌菌丝生长以PSA培养基最适,能有效利用多种糖和氮源,分别以麦芽糖和甘氨酸最佳,菌丝适宜生长温度为20~25 ℃,最适pH值为7~9,光照可促进菌丝生长,菌丝致死温度61 ℃。病菌分生孢子萌发适宜温度为15~25 ℃,最适pH值为5,黑暗条件下对孢子更易萌发,分生孢子致死温度58 ℃。对病原菌菌丝和分生孢子的生物学特性系统测定结果表明,不同培养条件下,病原菌菌丝生长和分生孢子萌发均表现出明显的差异。
